- Mo is the Director of CVP’s Customer Success Office. In this role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining operational processes that ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and delivery excellence. Mo has an excellent track record managing and leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives to automate functions, re-engineer processes, and develop systems that improve user experience and reduce operating costs.
- Since joining the company, Mo has led cross-functional product teams in developing strategic plans that achieve measurable results, improving team and business agility through the implementation and adoption of Lean and Agile practices. Mo is adept at developing customer-focused, business-aligned solutions and systems and providing oversight, leadership and strategic direction to business leaders, project and product managers and product teams.
- Mo received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Ife, Nigeria, an MS in Professional and Technical Communications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MS in Business and Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Advanced Scrum Master, Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and a PMI-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
