Michelle leads Quality Services at CVP, ensuring consistency in processes and procedures across all divisions in the firm. Michelle also serves as a delivery expert, responsible for portfolio management in CVP’s Health Solutions division. Besides Michelle’s 8 years focused on delivering results on government health care projects, Michelle has over 20 years of operational, customer care and contact center management experience. She has an history of accomplishment in project, program, operations, client services, quality and contact center management. She builds a loyal customer base through Voice of Customer strategies and solutions. She has worked on project startups, maximizing productivity of existing projects, training, quality management and customer relationship management initiatives. Before joining CVP, Michelle spent 3 years at Jobfox as director of client services.
Michelle is Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) trained and PMP certified. She holds a BS in Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
