Lisa leads CVP’s drive for quality through CVP’s two Centers of Excellence: Technology Innovation and Performance Transformation. Lisa also oversees the implementation of our project management methodology and performance development plan. Drawing on two decades of experience in commercial and federal management consulting, Lisa works with our entire delivery organization, which comprises over 200 professionals, executing on a range of projects by capturing customer needs, preferences, and aversions to drive business performance. Lisa’s strengths include instructional design, training, quality management, performance management, and process optimization. Before joining CVP, Lisa spent 10 years as Vice President for Client Services with iSKY, a boutique firm focused on customized contact center outsourcing solutions. There, she worked with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on customer relations and multi-channel strategy initiatives in the contact center environment. These included designing, developing, and implementing solutions for inbound customer service, outbound telesales (lead generation, acquisition, retention, churn prevention, win-back), technical support services, and customer satisfaction programs.
Lisa holds a BS in English from Southern Oregon University.
