  • Lisa Brown, VP of Delivery Operations, leads CVP’s drive for top-box customer satisfaction through flawless project execution. CVP’s strategic approach, methodologies, and innovations are developed, fostered, and grown within the four Practices that Lisa oversees: Business Transformation, Cybersecurity, Data Science & Engineering, and Technology Modernization. Lisa also manages the implementation of CVP’s project management methodology and performance development plan.
  • Drawing on two decades of experience in commercial and federal management consulting, Lisa works within the entire delivery organization, which comprises over 350 professionals, to execute on a range of projects by capturing customer needs, preferences, and aversions in order to drive business performance. Lisa’s strengths include performance management, process optimization, instructional design, training, and quality management.
  • Before joining CVP, Lisa spent 10 years as VP of Client Services for iSKY, a boutique firm focused on customized contact center outsourcing solutions. She worked with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on customer relationship models and multi-channel strategy initiatives. These included designing, developing, and implementing solutions for inbound customer service, outbound telesales (lead generation, acquisition, retention, churn prevention, and win-back), technical support services, and customer satisfaction programs.
  • Lisa holds a BS in English from Southern Oregon University.
