- Lisa Brown is the VP of Delivery Operations for CVP. In this role, she is responsible for the delivery of CVP’s drive for top-box customer satisfaction through flawless project execution. CVP’s strategic approach, methodologies, and innovations are developed, fostered, and grown within the four Practices that Lisa oversees: Business Transformation, Cybersecurity, Data Science & Engineering, and Technology Modernization. Lisa also manages the implementation of CVP’s project management methodology and performance development plan. She has nearly two decades of experience in commercial and federal management consulting. Lisa’s specialties include performance management, process optimization, instructional design, training, and quality management.
- Since joining the company, Lisa has worked within the entire delivery organization of more than 350 professionals, executing on a range of projects by capturing customer needs, preferences, and aversions to drive business performance.
- Prior to joining CVP, Lisa spent ten years as VP of Client Services for iSKY, a boutique firm focused on customized contact center outsourcing solutions. She worked with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on customer relationship models and multi-channel strategy initiatives. These included designing, developing, and implementing solutions for inbound customer service, outbound telesales (lead generation, acquisition, retention, churn prevention, and win-back), technical support services, and customer satisfaction programs.
