Director, Military Health Solutions
Enrico focuses on CVP’s customers in the departments of Defense (DoD) and of Veterans Affairs (VA), including the Defense Health Agency, Defense Healthcare Management Systems, and the broader Military Health System. As a retired Army Lt. Colonel, Enrico has over 21 years of military experience, with assignments ranging from Medical Platoon Leader to Chief Technology Officer. Before joining CVP, he led acquisition program management for Army healthcare IT initiatives. Applying his experience in IT management and healthcare operations, he served as a Deputy Program Manager for the PEO Joint Medical Information Systems, later reorganized as PEO Defense Health Clinical Systems. This unit oversaw all clinical, operational medicine, and Wounded Warrior IT programs. Enrico helped create a multi-year technology roadmap and financial plan that made the DoD legacy electronic health record (EHR) systems viable before the full deployment of DoD’s MHS GENESIS program.
Enrico holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also has a BS in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME). Other certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and the Defense Acquisition University Level III in Program Management.
