In its fourth annual survey, The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces lists the employers with the highest ratings from their employees in a survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. Drawn from among 1,335 large, midsize and small companies, as well as nonprofits and government agencies, located in the District of Colombia, Maryland, and Virginia. “This honor belongs to all of us at CVP,” said CVP CEO Anirudh Kulkarni. “To be successful, organizational culture cannot be preached about; it must be lived and practiced by all. It is experienced, not trained”.
