CVP Named One of DC Area’s Top Companies by Washington Post
Fairfax, Virginia, June 21, 2017 – CVP, a business strategy and technology consulting company, has been named one of the 150 Top Workplaces according to The Washington Post’s annual survey of employers in the Greater Washington area. This marks the first time CVP receives this honor.
In its fourth annual survey, The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces lists the employers with the highest ratings from their employees in a survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. Drawn from among 1,335 large, midsize and small companies, as well as nonprofits and government agencies, located in the District of Colombia, Maryland, and Virginia. Nominees must have at least 50 employees.
“This honor belongs to all of us at CVP,” said CVP CEO Anirudh Kulkarni. “To be successful, organizational culture cannot be preached about; it must be lived and practiced by all. It is experienced, not trained”.
The annual Top Workplaces employee feedback survey was administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection.
The award is also a reflection of CVP’s commitment to recruiting and retaining the best people. From 2013 to 2017 CVP has experienced annual growth of over 60%.

The Top Workplaces awards were announced at a reception at the Washington Post Live Center in downtown DC on June 15, 2017.
