CVP Awarded CMS Measure and Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) Contract
Fairfax, Virginia, August 30, 2018 – CVP, a business and technology consulting company, has been awarded the Measure and Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) contract by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This is a ten-year, multi-award contract out of the CMS Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) with a value of $1.6 billion.
CVP will help develop outcome, process, structural, cost, and composite quality measures to improve the quality of care given by psychiatric hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, physician providers, accountable care organizations, nursing homes, home health agencies, hospice programs, long-term care hospitals, in-patient rehabilitation facilities, PPS-exempt cancer hospitals, and ambulatory surgical centers.
