CVP’s Joe Kostakis Named to 2018 FedHealthIT100 List; Second Consecutive Year CVP Executive Makes Prestigious List
Fairfax, Virginia, November 27, 2017 — Joe Kostakis, Executive Director, HHS Programs, CVP, has been named to the 2018 FedHealthIT100 list. This list recognizes executives, managers and professionals for driving change and advancement in the Federal Health IT Market. Honorees are nominated and chosen by their peers. It was announced in FedHealthIT Magazine’s Winter 2017 issue.
Mr. Kostakis oversees strategic business and solution growth of CVP’s business portfolio at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other Health & Human Services agencies. He has over 18 years of professional experience leading large, complex initiatives across commercial and federal customers. Before joining CVP, Joe was a senior manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, overseeing Medicare program initiatives delivering mission-critical capabilities to CMS customers. In previous technical and engineering positions, Joe supported Deutsche Bank’s private client systems and managed the disaster recovery of the company’s eBrokerage Systems after 9/11.
He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a MS in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BA in Mathematics from The College of Wooster.
Joe joins Kirthi Anantharam, VP of CVP’s Health division, as CVP’s second consecutive nomination on this list.
