The scope of work includes (1) determining how the users actually record time in the field, (2) determining the business and technical requirements that will be required to make the implementation of the new timekeeping environment possible, and (3) conducting analysis of alternatives to evaluate appropriate technical approaches and go-forward paths for FSIS.
