CVP Wins CMS’ Competitive Acquisition Ombudsman Contract
Fairfax, VA – December 05, 2011 – Customer Value Partners (CVP), a business and IT consulting firm that helps Fortune 500 firms and government agencies maximize operational efficiencies and reduce costs in order to achieve their organizational goals, today announced that they will support CMS’s Medicare Ombudsman Group (MOG), including the Competitive Acquisition Ombudsman (CAO), in training and outreach/communication support in preparation for the Round 2 expansion of the CMS Competitive Bidding Program. The contract spans an 18 month period ending in March of 2013.
The work associated with this effort furthers CMS’ commitment to meeting the information needs of beneficiaries, suppliers, and the workforce responsible for responding to inquiries and complaints around the competitive bidding program for Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS).
We are honored to support the OMO in their endeavors to extend training and outreach programs to enhance service to Medicare beneficiaries.
