McManus Joins Customer Value Partners
Fairfax, VA – January 30, 2006 – Customer Value Partners today announced that James (Jim) McManus had joined the firm in the capacity of Director in CVP’s consulting practice. Jim has more than fourteen years of management and consulting experience with an emphasis on strategic planning, process reengineering, and change management. He has considerable experience in helping clients in the Fortune 500 in the areas of strategic planning, balanced scorecard development and process reengineering across multiple industries including hi-tech, financial services, hospitality, and retail. Jim started his management consulting career with Deloitte Consulting, where his projects focused on strategic turnarounds and finance process reengineering. Previously, Jim served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. Jim received his MBA with honors from Columbia University and his BS from the US Coast Guard Academy.
