Crosby Joins Customer Value Partners

    Fairfax, VA – December 1, 2005 – Customer Value Partners announced today that Ms. Georgianna Crosby has joined CVP to help grow CVP’s quality and customer experience monitoring practice. Ms. Crosby has over fourteen years of experience in the customer service and contact center industries. She has managed multi-site contact centers with over 550+ agents across multiple industries. Certified in ISO 9000, Ms. Crosby was most recently Vice President of Client Services at a security software company where she had responsibility for inside sales, field deployment, and global technical support. In her role at CVP, Ms. Crosby will be responsible for developing, growing and managing CVP’s service desk and contact center quality monitoring contracts. Ms. Crosby has a BS in Management Science from the University of Maryland.
