Medicare Ombudsman Hires Customer Value Partners
Fairfax, VA – October 30, 2005 – Customer Value Partners announced that it had been selected by the newly formed Office of Medicare Ombudsman (OMO) at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to assist the office in developing and executing strategies for outreach and education across advocacy groups and beneficiary organizations through forums, technical expert panels and other innovative models. This contract will also facilitate the increase in capacity within key organizations located within communities such as disability, cultural, and HIV/AIDS communities. The contract consists of a base period and two option years, and was awarded under GSA’s MOBIS schedule.
