IRS Awards Support Services Contract to CVP

Fairfax, VA – October 10, 2004 – Customer Value Partners announced that it has been awarded the webRTS/webIPS Support Services contract by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Over the course of this 4 year contract, the CVP team will be responsible for providing operations support and help desk services for the webRTS and webIPS applications for the application’s user base consisting of over 10,000 users across all IRS nationwide locations. The RTS (webRTS) is the system the IRS utilizes to issue and track all procurement and non-procurement requests and requisitions. The IPS (webIPS) is the system the IRS utilizes to process those requisitions and to procure all the items and services the IRS requires to complete its mission.
