Fairfax, VA – June 15, 2004 – Customer Value Partners announced that it is part of the SRA International team that will develop a single, web-based personal property system for the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (MSDDC). The ten-year, $54.6 million program will rely on leading technologies from Siebel Systems for customer care and Manugistics for supply chain management in an effort to modernize the systems that enable the military to move soldiers and their families from post-to-post. The new system will allow soldiers more direct control over their move as well as giving the services more insight into the level of customer satisfaction being delivered. For its part, CVP will devise strategies to address change management and end-user training and then execute those plans as the system is built.
