CVP Chosen to Establish and Run Service Desk for Prescription-Drug Discount Card Program
Fairfax, VA – January 20, 2004 – Customer Value Partners announced that it has been given a task order from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services and Northrop Grumman to establish and run a service desk for the new prescription-drug discount card program authorized by Congress. Under the larger systems-integration contract awarded to Northrop Grumman, CVP will oversee customer care for program sponsors who will be enrolling seniors and verifying their eligibility.
