Customer Value Partners Wins Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC). A ten year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services.

Customer Value Partners (CVP), a business and IT consulting firm that helps Fortune 500 firms and government agencies maximize operational efficiencies and reduce costs in order to achieve their organizational goals, today announced that they have been awarded Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) prime contracts in two tracks: 8(a) and small business. The contracts are administered by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) and span a 10 year period ending in 2022. All Government agencies may place task orders against these contracts.

CVP has qualified in all proposed task areas including Task Area 1: IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences, and Healthcare, Task Area 2: Chief Information officer (CIO) Support, Task Area 5: IT Operations and Maintenance, Task Area 6: Integration Services, Task Area 7: Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance, Task Area 8: Digital Government, and Task Area 10: Software Development.

These contracts will allow CVP to build on our existing foundation of work, which spans the healthcare industry. In line with the capabilities available through the CIO-SP3 contract vehicle, CVP’s experience encompasses a broad set of services including data warehousing strategy; patient and beneficiary analytics reporting; Medicare social media strategy; web-based self-service; knowledge management; training to State Health Insurance Plans; International Organization for Standardization (ISO) quality improvement consulting; information security for food safety applications; software development to connect military personnel with relevant and trusted resources; and operations and maintenance of a public health incident management system.
