Customer Value Partners (CVP), a leader in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategy, operations, and technology, today announced the addition of Nate Fisher and Gus Vazquez to their team. Mr. Fisher will lead West Coast operations for the firm, while Mr. Vazquez will direct the Technology Practice. Joining Customer Value Partners with over 30 years experience in the Financial Services, Health Care, and Government sectors, Nate Fisher will lead the team that supports our West Coast customers. He will leverage his extensive background helping Fortune 500 and emerging industry leaders to guide Customer Value Partners’ clients in value-based customer segmentation, acquisition, retention and customer lifecycle planning. Mr. Fisher’s primary focus will be strategic customer/product profitability analysis, evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of customer-facing and back office business processes, developing customer performance measurement and management processes, as well as organizational design and change management. Gus Vazquez comes to Customer Value Partners to head up the Technology Practice after 12 years at Deloitte Consulting. He led Deloitte’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) group for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industry practice in the Americas and spent the ten years prior managing and conducting technology implementations at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Vazquez’s comprehensive knowledge executing CRM solutions in the Telecom, Media, and Financial Services arenas will enable Customer Value Partners to better help their customers navigate the intricacies of contact center and business intelligence technology challenges. |
