Mr. Kulkarni is the founder and managing principal of Customer Value Partners. He has more than twenty years of experience in business and technology consulting, strategy development, change management, and advanced technology strategy. Mr. Kulkarni's specialties include e-commerce, customer relationship management, operations and IT alignment strategies, organizational transformation, and operations research. His industry expertise lies in Media, Telecommunications, and Financial Services.
Mr. Kulkarni was previously the Managing Director for Strategic Services at Answerthink, a publicly held consulting and systems integration firm. Prior to that, he led the Media and Publishing consulting practice at SRA International. He also founded Anthem Decision Support Systems, a management and technology consulting firm specializing in decision support and analytical tools for sales and marketing in the consumer products industry.
Mr. Kulkarni serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) National Capital Chapter. He received a BS in operations research and computational science (with honors), with concentrations in statistics and economics, and an MS in operations research and management science, both from George Washington University.
Ms. Crosby is responsible for CVP's contact center and service desk operations, quality monitoring services, and strategic customer care.
Ms. Crosby has over 18 years of strategic and operational customer care experience. Her knowledge and global expertise in the development and implementation of CRM initiatives has successfully launched new programs for Fortune 250 clients in the areas of professional services, technical support, customer care contact centers, channel sales and account management. Ms. Crosby's specialties include quality management, contact center process re-engineering, training and performance management, best practices and metrics alignment. She has worked for companies in the technology, health care, pharmaceutical, consumer products and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining CVP, Ms. Crosby was the Vice President of Client Services at encryptX Corporation, a software company specializing in enterprise data security solutions. Previous to encryptX, she was principal of GPC Solutions, an independent consulting firm specializing in strategic alignment and tactical implementations of contact center strategies focused on marketing response centers and inside sales organizations. At R.L. Polk, Ms. Crosby was Vice President of Sales and Account Management for the Data Services business unit. She started her career at TeleSpectrum Worldwide, a contact center outsourcer, where she managed channel sales and customer care programs, re-engineered call center process and programs to align with client corporate initiatives, and implemented the ISO certification program for various service organizations.
Ms. Crosby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
Mr.
Dankowski works directly with existing and prospective Federal clients to help them improve citizen care operations, quality assurance processes and program management effectiveness.
Mr. Dankowski, who last served as a Vice President at SRA International, Inc., has 30 years of executive level experience in all aspects of national security emergency preparedness policy, plans and programs. During his nine years at SRA International, Dankowski held various executive positions, including Vice President and Director, National Contingency Programs & Strategies, where he supported programs and projects providing emergency planning, preparedness, and response and recovery activities for the Federal Government. Earlier at SRA, Dankowski was Vice President and Director, Business Development for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) Programs, where he led a team of business development professionals to identify, qualify, strategize, and capture new business in all three branches of the Federal government in order to facilitate delivery of services and solutions to DHS, Department of Defense Directorates, and Intelligence Agencies.
Before joining SRA, Dankowski occupied several senior White House positions. Skilled in developing, instituting and evolving programs of national-scope, Mr. Dankowski has directed and participated in projects and forums for infrastructure protection, emergency telecommunications, information warfare, and antiterrorism (conventional, nuclear, chemical, and biological) at the highest levels within the U.S. Government. Known in the Executive Branch for the depth and breadth of his knowledge and years of experience in all aspects of national security emergency preparedness policy, plans, and programs, Mr. Dankowski’s federal service achievements culminated in a presidential appointment as Special Assistant to the President and Director of White House Operations.
Mr. Fitzgerald is responsible for the firm's financial services solutions. He has over 20 years of experience managing projects, teams, and businesses in both the private and public sectors - the last nine years working in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. His specialties include Program Management and Account development. He has a deep knowledge of the financial services compliance area from both a commercial and federal perspective.
Prior to joining Customer Value Partners, Mr. Fitzgerald was an Assistant Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation where he provided consulting services to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Fitzgerald has also worked for SRA Corporation as an account executive primarily focused on delivering various internet monitoring and fraud detection solutions in the financial services industry for the broker/dealer and managed fund communities.
Mr. Fitzgerald has a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Goodman leads the Program Management practice at Customer Value Partners. He has over 25 years of experience in business performance improvement in both the public and commercial sectors. His focus has included commercial healthcare, federal, state and local response/recovery and Homeland Security. Mr. Goodman has led numerous large scale deployments of program management applications and practices across large healthcare integrated delivery networks, as well as within complex federal agencies overseeing grant distribution for citizen service and safety. He has extensive experience with systems and operations improvements, creating successful communities of practice for enduring improvement capabilities.
Mr. Goodman has significant experience in building high impact teams, including tenures in senior leadership roles at ICOR, General Electric, First Consulting Group, and Peat Marwick.
Mr. Goodman has a BS in Political Science from Frostburg State University and a Masters in Public Administration from Penn State.
Mr. Sotudeh leads Customer Value Partners’ IT Consulting and Solutions practice. He has over twenty years of experience in technology solutions and management consulting services focused on IT strategy, enterprise architecture, IT governance, enterprise information management, and transformational roadmaps for large-scale implementation and deployment of global systems. Mr. Sotudeh has been involved in leading end-to-end programs in e-business and customer self-service solutions including order management, fulfillment, billing, and customer care.
Previously, Mr. Sotudeh served in various practice leadership and solution expertise roles at Deloitte Consulting and TCS serving both Federal and commercial markets across various industries such as telecommunication and media, financial services, insurance, and utilities. In addition to technology and management consulting, he has had over 8 years of corporate experience in IT management, software engineering, and product development.
Mr. Sotudeh has a M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Computer Science from University of Maryland. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Mr. Taphouse is responsible for the firm's internal information technology and knowledge management infrastructure. Mr. Taphouse has more than twenty-two years of experience in systems architecture, analysis, and design; project planning and management; data and object modeling and implementation; and the development of high-availability systems.
Before joining CVP, Mr. Taphouse was a director of electronic commerce solutions for Answerthink. Previously, he was a director in SRA International's technology consulting organization, which he joined after a career with the United States Air Force.
Mr. Taphouse holds a BS in computer science and mathematics from Rollins College.
Mr. Thurman leads Customer Value Partners' Digital Media activities. He has more than 15 years of experience in business strategy, marketing, marketing research, customer service, new product development, process improvement and technology integration across the retail, media, education, consumer electronics, internet services, non-profit, and federal sectors. Mr. Thurman has led the definition and start-up of multiple businesses, business units, and product lines and is one of the founding members of the Customer Value Partners team.
Prior to joining CVP, Mr. Thurman was with Answerthink's strategic services organization, where he led strategy consulting projects for Fortune 250 firms. He has also held positions at NCR, Radiant Systems, and the American Institute of Research spanning project management, marketing research, new product development, performance assessment, and client management.
Mr. Thurman received a BA in both political economy and psychology from The Johns Hopkins University with honors from the department of political economy. He also holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with honors from the marketing faculty. He has been an invited speaker and lecturer on online/direct marketing and marketing research.
Mr. Vazquez heads up client delivery at Customer Value Partners. He has over 20 years of business process improvement and systems integration experience across the financial services, telecommunications, and media industries, focusing on Customer Relationship Management, Billing and Enterprise Application Integration. Mr. Vazquez has led global deployments of sales, order-to-cash, provisioning, and contact center systems. He also has extensive experience with systems and operations improvements in diverse business functions including field sales, contact center, field service, marketing, finance, and e-commerce.
Prior to his tenure as a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, where he led the CRM practice for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Industry practice in the Americas, Mr. Vazquez worked as an IT executive in the financial services industry.
Mr. Vazquez has a B.A. in Computer Science from New York University.
