Jennifer Grigsby

Ms. Jennifer Grigsby is a PMP-certified program manager who has over 15 years experience working with state-level Departments of Education to design and implement large-scale customized assessment instruments.  She is responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of all project phases to ensure that client needs are satisfactorily met.  Ms. Grigsby led program teams responsible for delivering comprehensive Department of Education assessments in New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Gwinnett County, GA, Department of Defense Educational Authority (DoDEA), West Virginia, Virginia, and Ohio.  She is familiar with all steps of the assessment timeline, from item development to reporting, and has worked extensively with education personnel, policymakers, and other stakeholders to inform and influence student outcomes.
